Ok so again my power supply cord and PCB connector melted. so i decided that there is to much heat getting transferred to the controller board dew to it being under the printer and with bad air flow. i set out to do a few things 1. new 12 gauge power cable. 2. relocate the Controller board for better air flow and to be able to monitor it incase of other melt downs. 3. make an enclosure to combat warping and shrinkage. thanks to this post by Navarra Giorgio plus.google.com/111273217223243317339/posts/BrLp5K1uvqGi had the basic idea. the photos are self explanatory (and i am meant to be studying so ill post them and edit later.
