Marlin 1.1.2 (based on 1.1.x GitHub Branch) Updated

I went through the pain of merging in Marlin's 1.1.x branch to the work previously done by phervier (https://github.com/phil-hx/Marlin). It works pretty well for me. YMMV. Again, use it at your own risk. I take no responsibility for crashing your extruder head into the dark pit of doom. Or your base plate.

If you're happy with your own firmware, please don't upgrade.  I just couldn't find my existing firmware code and decided to take the plunge and upgrade. 

Just note: I don't use the auto-leveler or z-probe at all. I post this just in case you'll find it useful.

I'm currently running Repetier but considering to switch to Marlin again. What is your opinion about the latest Marlin?

I discovered someone is working on getting the GT2560 boards standard in Marlin configuration: github.com/MarlinFirmware/Marlin/pull/6840 it might make sense to add a G2s configuration example and maybe see if some G2s specific modifications are needed to the board settings currently proposed.
