can someone post link for adapted g2s pro fw ,i can't find it on google plus board and if it's possible to show how to adapt that g2s pro fw to single ev3 extruder thanks The link is in first note in this note string. It is a link to GitHub. On the right side is a green box with a link to download the Zip file with the adjusted firmware for G2S Pro. I don't know what would be required to change to a single ev3 extruder.

I've already create a 1.1.0 RC6 version for my Geeetech G2s Pro with some fix for the "size and angle correction", not well implemented (imho) in the previous 1.1.0 RC3. Follow the thread i've created on Google+. Cheers... Marco HI, can you send me the Google+ link with discussion on 1.1.0 RC6 version. Thanks

FYi - Here are the two configuration files I've been using with this version of Marlin: Thanks for doing this, phervier and John and others. The changes generally work quite well. When you say "this version of Marlin", do you mean RC6? Have you gone beyond that? Also, I'm having a strange problem with RC3 mod that is probably unrelated to your customization but I wanted to check if you know about it. It is reported for a completely different branch (https://github.com/MagoKimbra/MarlinKimbra/issues/46) where they say it is fixed but do not elaborate. In summary, sometimes after the switching tools, when I try to manually extrude filament, the extruder spins backwards and retracts instead. Manually retracting instead fixes the problem and then extrusion works again. This is a very annoying problem and any help would be appreciated. Once I confirm that your config files are for RC6, I'll try that version to see if the problem is fixed there. Thanks! --Dave

When you say "this version of Marlin", do you mean RC6? Have you gone beyond that? Sorry for not being clear. Those two configuration files are the ones I used for RC3. I've been testing RC8 and RC8 bugfix. I was able to do a test 20mm cube on RC8, which printed fine. There has been a lot of work on the bed leveling code, so I've been focusing on testing that feature, but not had much success. I got very close but now I get temperature related failures which I think are a firmware problem, and not really a temperature issue. The main Marlin developer has been busy doing other things since mid-December so there hasn't been much progress in that area. I've attached my configuration.h from my RC8 testing. It was the only file I've modified. You are welcome to try that as a starting point. John Attachments:Configuration.h (59.85 KB)

Maybe we can try again when RC8 is more stable. --Dave

I just read that the temperature related problems may have been fixed in the last 10 hours! I will try the latest RCBugFix, but may not get to it until the weekend.

I finally got mine working with the 3D Touch probe and was thinking of getting back to trying RC8. Thanks. --Dave

I haven't. Things have been busy. I was really hoping to test this this morning, but didn't get further than pulling down the latest RCBugFix before having to move on to other things.

Hi there, i have a little question and hope that it is possible to integrate the MKS 1.4 Board in this firmware (the RC 8 includes the pins.h and the pins_mks13.h files) and i didn´t become a Display (12864 or 2004) work on this firmware (everything else works fine) and i have not the skills to integrate the board to this firmware (i´m able to change some variables e.t.c. but i haven´t knowledge in coding firmware) ...i´ve posted something to my problem here : https://plus.google.com/110671754709161480029/posts/4D85NdFX5mSthx for your help Problem solved, the RC7 in this forum have the integrated MKS gen 1.4 Board and i found that "Display One" has to be deactivated in Marlin ... now it works ...

John I've got RC8bugfix working for the most part. I'm still having some difficulties with calibration though. For some reason the relative level of the 2 nozzles changes depending on position and I don't know how to adjust that. I'll do some more testing and then upload if you would like to try it.
For some reason the relative level of the 2 nozzles changes depending on position and I don't know how to adjust that.
this is called effector/spider tilting. adjust with upper rod mounts... must be parallel, with same spacing and height. if rods are equal... best i got it was <0.2 mm across whole bed, 3/4 was within 0.1

The process of calibrating these is a bit long winded, but mine is accurate to 0.02 across the entire build area now, cant really get any better due to uncertainty of the steppers and the geometry, but it can be done with all original parts, just the biggest pain was sanding the bed flat.
